TURNAROUND TIMES? - HOW LONG?

All turnaround times listed on product pages for yard signs and banners is the production time from order placement to leaving our shop (ship date).

All orders are shipped UPS ground. If you need quicker shipping or a faster turnaround time, please contact us and a team member will be in touch.

 

SHIPPING COSTS? - HOW DOES MY YARD SIGN PROJECT GET TO ME?

 

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all yard sign orders over $200! We do have a flat rate shipping option available for $20 for all orders that fall under $200.

This promotion is subject to change at any time. 

 

 

WHERE IS MY PROJECT PRINTED? - HOW IS MY PROJECT PRINTED?

 

All of our yard signs and banners are printed, cut, boxed and shipped out of our Mound City, MO, production facility. A small, family-owned print shop in the middle of the United States. Banners are printed on high roll printers and our yard signs are printed digitally printed (full color) UV flatbed printers. Most jobs are finished on a digital cutting table, allowing us to keep our prices and turnarounds reasonable.

We are north of Kansas City, perfectly situation to serve the Kansas City area, as well as St Joseph, Springfield, St. Louis and Omaha. We also ship orders across the United States. 

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES? - I NEED HELP WITH A DESIGN!

 

Yes, Quad State Ink has a seasoned graphic design team that can help you with your custom yard sign design. Hourly rates start at $70, with a minimum of 1 hour.

WILL I GET A PROOF BEFORE YOU PRINT MY FILE?

Yes, you will get a proof via email that will show you a proof before we print.  The proof will outline any issues with your file, such as image resolution, whether or not your artwork and text is in the safe area, size, etc. You'll see a link that will allow you to approve the file for print, or reject it and upload a new file. Additionally, every file is looked over by our prepress and design team. We will contact you if we see an issue not addressed on the proofing step.
